One day after being overshadowed by Sen. Elizabeth Warren at the latest Democratic presidential primary debate, Joe Biden repeatedly criticized the progressive senator from Massachusetts who’s soared in recent months and is now a co-front-runner with the former vice president in the race for their party’s nomination.
