13-year-old stabs brother because he 'would rather be in jail than spend eight hours' with him

A 13-year-old boy who stabbed his older brother told police he would “rather be in jail” than spend eight hours in a car with his sibling. The teenager complained his 15-year-old brother had been teasing him before he slashed him three times with a pocket knife.
