North Carolina affidavits released in alleged election fraud case

It is illegal in North Carolina for anyone except the voter or a near relative to deliver an absentee ballot in person. Voters in Bladen County said McCrae Dowless, who worked for Mark Harris, the Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District, collected their ballots and they did not know what he did with them, according to the affidavits, which were released on Sunday.
