Russia plans mass vaccinations by October, doctors and teachers will be first, health officials said



Russia's health officials say that a potential coronavirus vaccine has finished clinical trials in a Moscow lab and the research facility is gearing up to register it, predicting that they will be ready to administer mass vaccinations by October.
