Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be delivering a speech to the country on the occasion of Independence Day from the ramparts of Red Fort.This is PM Modi's fourth I-Day speech to the nation. Earlier, he had vowed to try to keep his address short -- not lasting more than 45 minutes.
